NET 30 Terms for Business Accounts

Business Use Only
This NET 30 Account is available exclusively to registered businesses and organizations. It is not a consumer credit product and is not available for personal use.

Payment Terms

  • Purchases made using a NET 30 Account must be paid in full within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.

  • No interest or late fees are ever charged.

  • If payment is not received by the due date, the account may be suspended or referred to collections, but no interest or late payment fees will apply.

Eligibility Requirements

To apply for a NET 30 Account, you must:

  • Be an authorized representative of a registered U.S. business with a valid EIN or business license.

  • Provide accurate and verifiable information during the application process.

  • Consent to a review of your business credit information (and, if necessary, personal guarantor information).

(Note: Individuals acting in a personal capacity are not eligible. This account is strictly for commercial use.)

Application and Account Review

  • Applications are subject to business verification and credit review.

  • Approval is not guaranteed and is based on business qualification.

  • Credit limits are determined by factors such as business credit history, references, and other relevant financial data.

  • Office Garner reserves the right to adjust or revoke credit limits at any time.

Credit Reporting

Office Garner may report account activity to recognized commercial credit bureaus to help establish or build your business credit profile.

Defaults and Collections

  • Accounts unpaid after 30 days are considered past due.

  • While no late fees or interest are added, unpaid balances may result in:

    • Suspension of the account

    • Referral to a collections agency

    • Legal action to recover amounts owed

  • The client and the business entity are jointly responsible for payment of the account balance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, unless prohibited by law.

Modifications

Office Garner reserves the right to update or modify these NET 30 Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
